Kev prides himself on his entirely homemade dessert collection, together with the finishing touches that he adorns each dessert with. Kev is often inspired to revive a dessert from the past; including Rum Baba at Christmas, Queen Victoria’s Brown Bread & Honey Ice-Cream and more recently we have served Rhubarb Crumble Ice-Cream.
